Estimate versus actual at every level

Every task carries an estimated cost and an actual cost. Phases add up their tasks, the project adds up its phases, and the difference shows at each level. You can see the overrun on cabinets before it eats your margin, not after.

Start from the budget you already have

Import a budget from a CSV file, or type it in as you build the schedule. Export it back out to CSV whenever you need it for your accountant or your lender.

Bids and draws feed the budget

When you award a sub bid, the winning price goes into the budget for that phase. Draws tie to the same phases, so the budget, the bids and the loan all tell the same story.

Ask the AI Assistant where you stand

Type "Am I on budget?" and the AI Assistant answers with the real numbers from your project. Ask it for a budget summary for the homeowner and it writes one you can print.

Can I import my budget from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Save your spreadsheet as CSV and import it. You can export the budget to CSV at any time too.
