What is not here yet

HomeTakeOff is in beta. It does not have a homeowner portal, selections, or accounting integrations yet. If you relied on those in CoConstruct, tell us. Features beta users ask for get built first.

What is the best CoConstruct alternative for a small builder?

It depends on what you used CoConstruct for. If your core is the schedule, the budget, sub bids and bank draws, HomeTakeOff covers those and is free during the beta. If you lean on selections or a client portal, look for a tool that has them today.

Can I import my CoConstruct data?

There is no direct import from CoConstruct. Export your schedule and budget to a spreadsheet, save as CSV, and import them into HomeTakeOff.

Is HomeTakeOff connected to CoConstruct or Buildertrend?

No. HomeTakeOff is an independent product. CoConstruct and Buildertrend are trademarks of their owners and are named here only for comparison.
